Elton Gish (right) presented Jeff Katchko (middle) and Ken WiIIick the Jack Tod Memorial Award for the "Best Exhibit Using Porcelain Insulators" for their research into products made by Fred M. Locke. Their exhibit was entitled "What was in Fred's attic?".
